Christmas Cookies

Propositi per l'anno nuovo:
1) to update my blog more often, too much neglected in recent times;

Ingredients (recipe taken from Sale & Pepe in December):
400 g of flour;
80 g icing sugar ;
2 teaspoons mixed spices (cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg)
For GLAZE:
1 egg white;
250 g of sugar;
3-4 drops of lemon juice.

Let rest for 30 minutes in plastic wrap, roll the dough thickness of 4-5 cm and then engrave the biscuits and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Work with a spoon egg white, icing sugar and lemon drops. In the case, also add food coloring. Brush the cookies with icing and let dry cold.
